Shipping and Delivery Process
Preparation of the Product
As OGGI, we manufacture specially for you, our valued customers. Average production time of the product is 5 working days.
After our products are prepared, they are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated.
Products Delivered to Cargo
There may be events such as delay or loss of the products delivered to the cargo due to reasons originating from the cargo company. When you experience such a problem, you can get help and support by contacting us.
Receipt of Products
When you receive your order, first check if there is any crushing or deformation in the box. If there is, ask the person who brought the cargo to keep a "Report" and you can return the product without opening the box. Problems experienced during shipping and transportation after opening the product box belong to the user.
Return and Exchange Conditions
When the products reach you without any problems, you can try the product in a way that it will be suitable for resale (within the hygiene rules). Since the product is a shoe, we do not accept any responsibility later when you encounter a knocking or similar problem. You can return or change the products you do not like or want to change within 14 working days as long as they meet the relevant return conditions.
