Questions About Returns and Exchanges
We kindly ask you to pack the product you want to return in its original box or packaging, together with the accompanying documents and all accessories, as intact and undamaged as possible. Returning the box with the protective materials inside will ensure that the products reach us safely.
In order to return the products, you can deliver the package to the Yurtiçi Cargo officer with the company name "Polat Ayakkabı" and send it to us with a counter payment. The shipping fee for the product you want to return is covered by Oggi. However, in order to benefit from this service, you must comply with the conditions described above.* You must forward your return request to us. You must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, relevant product code and reason for return.
You can deliver the product you want to return to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
* Counter-paid shipments made with other cargo companies are not accepted.

**If the product you want to return is defective, do not forget to send an information note about the malfunction. The product is reviewed by experts based on the grade you specify. If the product that is approved for change is available in stock, a one-to-one change is made. Products that are out of stock will be returned and refunded.
*What should I do if the product I purchased is defective or damaged?
You can return defective or damaged products within 14 working days. To submit your return request, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com stating your order number, the relevant product code and the reason for the return.

If the undelivered product is in stock, it will be sent to you, otherwise the fee will be refunded.
